Aquatic Theme Technical Services (ATS) LLC and John Zoos & Aquatic Solutions (ZAS) Pvt. Ltd. are two organizations operating under the same management; ZAS is established in India, whereas ATS is a Dubai based. The activities of both the companies have a proven track record and over decades of experience in Design and Build of visitor attractions and leisure entertainment centers. These ventures are established for Zoos, Zoological Parks, Theme Parks and Water Parks in India as well as in UAE.
During this period we have obtained an International reputation and successful project completions in the prospective fields of Heritage, Leisure, Entertainment and Corporate markets with Clients in India and Middle East.

The head of the organization Mr. John K Vengalil is a Civil Engineer by profession and having experience of 15 years in different constructional activities like Architectural, Civil, Structural, Landscape and MEP. Started his career with Architectural, then diverted to National Highway designing, Slope Protection by Gunite Spray / Shotcrete, Swimming Pools, Fountains, Water Parks and Theme Parks.
Since 2008 Mr. John was fully engaged with Zoos & Zoological area, especially doing the Life Support systems and Exhibit Designs.
Being a Zoos & Aquatic Specialist, Mr. John involved many prestigious projects; AWPR (Al Ain Wild Life Parks and Resorts) UAE, Al-Bustan Zoological Centre - UAE, Jharkhand Zoo - India, Thiruvananthapuram Zoo & Museum - India, Thrissur Puthur Zoo - India and two Private Zoos in Dubai.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL
POLICY
This policy is based on the firm conviction that safety has equal status with other primary business objectives and that all our activities being carried out safely shall directly contribute to the efficiency and susses of ATS / ZAS.
It is the general policy of ATS / ZAS to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare at work of all employees and carry out its activities in such a way as to ensure, so far as it is reasonably practicable, that persons not only employed by ATS / ZAS, but who may be affected are not exposed to risks to their health and safety.
This statement of general policy shall be extended as appropriate to cover the particular operations of different parts of project execution.
It is the policy of ATS / ZAS to;
1. Comply with all health, safety and environmental statutory, legal and other requirements as well as client requirements.
2. Take all reasonable steps to ensure the health and safety of all persons working at site locations.
3. Prevent all injuries and ill health.
4. Employ all practices which reduce the impact of pollution and environment disruption through all activities.
5. Prevent pollution and reduce threats to the environment.
6. Continual improvement of its HSE performance.
ATS / ZAS recognizes that the effective prevention of accidents resulting in personal injury or damage to property is essential to efficient operation as well as the welfare of our employee.
It is the duty of the management, at all levels to promote and maintain safety in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of all plant, equipment and facilities, storage, use or supply of all substances. All employees must accept the clear duty to prevent injury to themselves and others and loss to the organization.
ATS / ZAS, in pursuance of this policy shall;
1. Employ and provide the proper resources to ensure competent advice on health, safety and environmental matters.
2. Provide training in safe working methods.
3. Provide hygienic and healthy working conditions for all employees so as to ensue their effective participation and contribution as individuals.
4. Continue to develop and apply appropriate equipment and process design codes, procedures and codes of safe working practices.
5. Maintain a system for reporting, controlling, monitoring and assessing safety performance and health at work.
6. Maintain and encourage joint consultation on effective measures for the promotion of health and safety at work.
7. Establish and maintain emergency and contingency plans.
8. Comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulation.
9. Establish effective control and measures avoiding or at least minimizing impact to the environment.

STATEMENT
ATS's / ZAS's scope of work integrated Design and Development services cover all key aspects of a project, but not limited to; Zoos and Zoological Parks, Museums and Exhibits, Water Parks, Theme Parks, Amusement Park and Leisure Projects, Swimming Pools, Fountains, Water features, Artificial Rockworks and Waterfalls, Life Support and Filtration Systems, Golf Course and Landscape, Master Planning and Feasibility Study, Detailed design and Co-ordination, Project Management and Project engineering, Construction and Installation, using in-house technical expertise as well all around the world.
It is ATS's / ZAS's objective of each project in addition to achieve economic success, to deliver the contracted works according to agreed conditions and to attain Client's satisfaction during all phases of the contract.
In order to achieve this objective, ATS / ZAS has established and implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 : 2008.
Quality objectives for all quality relevant works are established to instigate that Client satisfaction is enhanced by all personnel performing work affecting product quality.
Our adequately qualified personnel and modern, sophisticated equipment and resources ensure the achievement of both the quality of project execution and the quality of the final product. Where required, advance training is provided to ensure continuous competence of our personnel.
The management is committed to the compliance of the Quality Management System and its continual improvement as well as securing our economic claims and rights.

Our subcontractors and suppliers are also obliged to conform to the requirements of the established system as part of their contract.

An architect by profession with more than 25 years, of proven experience in various parts of the globe, and has been working in the UAE for the past 8 years. He has chosen his career as a landscape architect where he has expressed his immense love in all fairness to this subject. Be it landscaping using natural or artificial rocks in the background or be it a fish pond with waterfall or maybe a water feature using the latest combination of mechanical and electrical techniques to achieve a breathtaking and everlasting experience. So Vic, will be the lead designer and be responsible for concept design, specification till the final presentation. To achieve his creativity he is assisted with creative designers to overcome any of the toughest challenges he may encounter

An animal lover and a naturalist, who pursued the profession as a Veterinary Surgeon and practicing till date. Over this period of time, apart from gaining experience through regular practice she has worked as a ZOO VET for 4 years and looked into all aspects of animal welfare, well being and working on steps to enhance the experience of the visitors. She has recently worked with Architects on several projects, including Camel Hospital in UAE. She is well versed with all Zoo and Animal welfare procedure laid by the Local Government and WAZA. Currently, she is pursuing a course in South Africa for wild animal capture and its relocation to reserve area, and many more to come.
